Its a round mark underneath the skin of my arm, and my arm has been hurting for quite sometime, what could it be?

It could be a number of things so ask a Doctor, but shingles comes to mind.

Sorry to say but it sounds like you have ringworm, go to a doc and have it checked. Good Luck!
