We've all seen the kids do it, but some go a little overboard with the "baggy look". I do NOT allow my sons to wear their pants around their knees, but instead right on the hips, just below the bellybutton. it is a fashion trend that has caught on all across the world, but it all depends on who's tryin' to rock the "look". Not everyone knows how to pull it off, but there are some who can bring the "urban" look to the streets without appearing tacky. **Cobra, the white cats are doin' it, too and I don't think that makes them "wiggers". They are part of a fashion sense that you're obviously not in touch with as a racist.**

For the same reason girls do it with a thong hanging out at the top with their hiphuggers about six inches lower. Who cares? I guess they can air things out better as they walk. Maybe they forgot to pull them up when they were dressing. Maybe their clothes are too big and hang down.
