No. I used to run all the time to keep physically fit, and I was never shot by any policeman. Sometimes I am running late. Still, no shots fired in my direction. I run in short spurts, now, as my knees give me trouble... but no one, fat or thin, shoots at me. My dog runs, my cats run, the rabbit... uh... ok, he hops. But no policeman has ever shot at my dog or cats when they've been running.
So, to answer your question, no. Not true.

Its more truthful to say that if you run, you risk being shot by a policeman, fat or not. Policeman as a rule dont want to shoot anyone, but under the right circumstances, they will if forced to. Besides, you aren't stupid enough to run from the police, are you?

Rather fat or skinny a Police Officer I feel will shoot you period it just depends on rather or not they want to chase you. I personally WILL NOT RUN. I ENJOY Breathing I heard getting shot HURTS LIKE HELL. LOL

No, because the guidelines for the use of deadly force are the same for skinny and regaular sized officers, as for the fat tubby ones.

no they're too busy going too dunk donuts for extra coffee and donuts, if your on the run only toss the fat cop a donut. here boy fetch. continually works. make advantageous its a cream puff donut thou.

nice question ,and ofcourse a fat cop would prefer to shoot you than break into a sweat
or he may simple be unable to chase you
why dont you kick one in the nuts and run .see what happens.

i would say yes, becuase they cannot chase after you so they would most like shoot, but it depends why they stopped you in teh first place.
