he lives in my neighborhood an i see him every once in a while but i am shy and dont like to go around asking if he likes me or not because that would be really embarasing to ask, and if he says he doesnt like me well... and i know he does like me b/c my little bro told me. so i am waiting for him to kinda make the 1st move

you dont have to ask him out like on a date, you could just ask him to hang out as friends, maybe even in a group of people. that way you guys could get to know each other first before going thru all the "do you like me" crap

well maybe you should hang out with him and get to know him better. Then you will be more comfortable around him because if you are too shy to go talk to him now then you must not be ready to date him. So spend some time with the guy, get to know each other, maybe you might even find out you really dont like him or better he might even ask you out. Even if it doesnt work in helping you date him at least you have the opportunity to make a lasting friendship with someone.

The first H (for "how") in the question should be capitalized. Also the first H (for "he") in the details should be capitalized as well. The "an" in that sentence should be an and. The "dont" should be "don't". "do not" would work too. I imagine you can muster up the energy it takes to type that. or maybe not. anyways, the "doesnt" should be "doesn't". Also the "so" should be capitalized.

Just give him an occasional smile and wait for him to make the first move. Don't talk to others about him or their blabbing could lead to embarrassment for you

So walk around the neighborhood naked. He'll see you, he'll be intrigued. That will force him to make the first move, and come over and talk to you/ask you why you're walking around naked/stare. It's fool proof.
