how do i talk to her about my feelings?

i have a friend who i really like. i asked her out back in january and she said no. since then we have grown very close. im confused about our relationship. she told me no yet we go out to dinner and lunch alone and even went on a picnic in the park. so im confused about us. i wanna talk to her about it. what should i say to her. im very nervous about it and want to get the words right. SO WHAT SHOULD I SAY??

I lost my love, a piece of my heart and my best friend all at once. Ask yourself if it is worth it... "Is the juice worth the squeeze?" well in a situation like this you have to ask her if she has feelings for you
sometimes i know people say things and later on they realize that their decision was wrong
either that or she wants to be like your best friend

I you are really confused whenever you get time alone with her ask her if she has grown feelings for you even though she had said no before
just be honest and know that for the most part if you are honest to her about telling her how you feel then she will do the same

well usually when a girl tells you no about going out and then she goes out with you as a "friend" for lunch,dinner, etc... then all she really wants is to be your friend, the only thing i can tell you is just ask her that you are getting mixed signals and want to know what is really going on. i understand that you are nervous and all but if you can talk to her about other things then you should beable to talk to her about this too the words will come
