find out what is and who manufactured your soundcard and go to there website and download the necessary drivers for your card

First, if your speakers have an on/off button or volume control, check to see the status.
Check to see if you didn't accidentally loosen a wire or connection.
Then, Right-cl on the speaker button on the system tray and check volume control. and audio properties.
Last but not least, go to the Control Panel. Sound or Audio. Check all tabs and options.

system restore point ,click on start /all programs /accessories/system tools/system restore point click on restore my computer to an earlier time ,then click on next pick a date that the to go back to was on the drive

go to system recovery when the computer startes up

and look into your boot menu might be some help in their i think it F10 when you start computer.....
