Its good that you realised your problem and managed to sort yourself out.Congratulations! Now,to celebrate you could do something that you really like or something you have always yearned to do but never got the guts to.Say bunjee jumping or just travelling to a great place.
Good luck!

I am so pleased to hear that you are feeling yourself again, after what seems, like a deep tunnel, you were in. I've had my moments also and what helped me the most was this book >>> The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron. please read the following as an introduction >>>
My description? Bubbly. But the bubbles kept popping. As each one popped, more and more bricks and mortar were used, to build my walls taller and stronger.
They took longer to demolish, than to build. I felt vulnerable, asking, "Who am I now?
Years later I whinged, "I need something to do." I was passed the Artist's Way.
The years between the above dialogue, was my grieving period, for my lost self.
I still don't know who I am but the Artist's Way is helping. I'm bubbly again, but it's real.
Quote – ‘Going sane feels just like going crazy.’ I thought I'd feel different {“Normal”}, but I just feel calmer.
If you like the sound of this you are welcome to view the Blog
I hope you have a wonderful life. Take Care and Good Luck. Pamela

I guess it is a bit like the day one after being physically ill in bed.
I can only talk about myself and when the day 1 off ill day gone, I will intentionally give myself a slow start for a day or so.
So, perhaps rather than start doing what opened to you at 100% of energy, write them down (like you did here), give them your thoughts, plan to organise them to be realised, so that you do not use too much energy at once and that you can hold on to those for longer span.

I'm not really sure of many things to do. I would suggest you treat yourself to a day at the spa ... spend the night away from home at a very nice hotel ... call up a few "good" friends watch movies or just go on a "safe" shopping spree (don't over-spend). But to you, I would like to congratulate you on your success.

How about volunteering with the homeless? At church? Walking for the cure for breast cancer?
Pay it forward.
