I take 60 mg at bedtime and it helps me sleep. My psychiatrist
told me that it is better to take it at night, because it can cause
drowsiness.

I don't like to be sleepy and drive....

I like Cymbalta - been on it a year now. I have never slept
better!

In my personal expreience I have found it better to take it in the morning because I have trouble sleeping when I take it at night and I wind up needing something to help me sleep (it become a vicious cycle). But as my doc said, it reacts differently on different people. I would discuss it with your doctor. It has worked as a great anti-depressant for me though by the way.

I personally tried it before and had to take it in the pm because it made me so sleepy I could not function. But every person reacts differently to meds, You will just have to see which is better for you. Good Luck

Neither! Try the natural way. It is less harmful to your life. Call a local health food to see what your options are.
