Great Britain is a nation not a country.
If you mean England, it's only geographical neighbors would be Wales & Scotland. All other countries requiring a passage over water. The closest neighbors over water are Ireland to the west and France to the south.
If you mean the nation of Great Britain, this is almost a trick question. The first thought is to say there are no geographical neighbors. However, in fact Northern Ireland is part of GB, and the Republic of Ireland is a geographical (land touching land) neighbor directly to the South of N/Ireland. So the nation of GB has one direct neighbor, Ireland.

the UK itself consists of 4 countries - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. These countries are nieghboured by France, Spain, tiny little Andorra, Belgium, Holland, France, Luxembourg, Ireland & Iceland. Further afield there is Norway, Sweeden, Denmark and you could possibly include Germany. Not Poland (polska) - that is very far away.
