so i have a problem. i cant tell ppl how i feel. like i've had deep feelings inside me that i've had for a while and i just havent been able to express them. they're not bad or anything. i just dont know how to get them out. but i dont get how i can admit when i'm wrong and say sorry, when a lot of ppl cant do that and that comes easy to me. but then i cant tell someone how i feel. i dont get it. i dont know what to do

Ever thought of writing a letter? I used to have a problem with that, it would help me to write it down. Then even if you still don't want to tell the ppl yourself, letters work wonders. Just calm down, relax, and write a letter and let it all out. Then redo the same letter just add or remove things and make it better. Do this until you get it how you want it. See how it works out for ya.....

it seems to me that you are trying to reach out now, which in itself is a start. communication is a great place to start.
talking with the person that you feel most comfortable with
may help alot. maybe you have a brother or sister that you could confide in or maybe a parent, believe it or not these people care about you and will do a lot to try and make you a happier person.
if you are having issues of how you fit in the world, join the club
we all go through that, it's just that some can handle it better than others. in any case you might want to go to a Dr. to see if there
are any medical reasons on why you feel this way.
and if this helps at all, always be true to yourself and only good things will happen for you.

seek a psychiatrist or counselor, and just vent. tell all your feelings to this person, and let your steams out. and the therapist will probably advise you to just speak your mind. everyone has secrets, i personally do not like to talk about any of my real feelings with anyone, even my closest friends. but from personal experience, i know that botteling one's feelings for too long can lead to consequences one doesn't want. so seek a friend, and just vent once in a while. and you'll feel so much better. or write it all down in a journal. if that doesn't work, then seek psychiatrist.

Journal and then use the prepared writings to express your feelings to others. Use role playing with a counselor.

I have, on occasion, written down my feelings, then read the writing to the person - or just handed them the note.
