Relax, make yourself comfortable, believe in yourself, know that everything you've studied is going to be in your brain when you take the test. If you don't know an answer, skip it until the end. If you have time, go back and try to eliminate one or two of the answer choices.
And in light of cinnamon gum, it can help keep you awake because it's powerful. Also, peppermint is very helpful for focus (whether an actual mint or gum). Also, chewing gum is a good idea, because it helps to control fidgeting.

I agree with the gum chewing, but you should also try eating candy which raises the insulin levels and gives you quick energy. Another good thing to do is to do all the questions that you know for sure first and if you make a decision on an answer you should not change it because you should always go with your first instinct.

I heard that it may pass the two strategies. working example, my math instructor gave us mints one time throughout an examination, announcing that mint has a great effect on your strategies, so consistent with hazard if it is mint gum or something like that, it may stimulate your strategies and assist you incredibly. even though it may additionally be distracting, because of the fact even the sub-extensive unsleeping action of chewing steers your strategies faraway from the attempt. in case you bite alongside with your mouth open, which could additionally supply distraction for others, besides as your self. So in my opinion, if it is mint gum and additionally you bite quietly, it may help, by using boosting strategies function and relieving the strain that is composed of any attempt.

Actually, I've heard chewing gum can increase your thinking ability. Anyway, I usually bs most tests, except math, and get a good grade so...I guess it's not really a strategy.

Study small chunks at a time leading up to the test. The night before, listen to soft music and go over everything. The next morning, read over everything before you even get out of bed.
Then go brush your teeth.
