The reason I am inquiring is because my boyfriend and I slept together the other night and my cycle came down the next day, this was really weird for me because it has never been this early before.

Its highly unlikely you are pregnant, alot of things influence your period. I wouldn't worry about it unless next month you miss it all together. mine used to never be on the same day or even week until I started birth control and it was the exact same each month, which you should be on bc anyway if you are having sex. The period cycle depends to a lot a factors: stress, the things you ate, your mood and etc...
do notice what you had ate, from my frens' experience, if they drink lot of coke or acidic drink, the period will come earlier as usual. If they are stess, then their period cycle will be unstable, sometimes too late or sometimes too early.
So, don't worry, you are not pregnant.

Not likely pregnant. This has happened to me as well. Sometimes cycles change.

sometimes when u have intercourse it can "activate" i guess your cycle, its nothing to worry about.
