Eat right and EXERCISE. Starving yourself will only cause your body to store fat because it goes into "starvation mode". Eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up. EAT HEALTHY. Take your time.

You can do it. Good luck!!

I TRIED THAT. It doesn't work. When you don't eat, you get so frikin tired, you won't exercise, then you'll start craving carbs, sugar, sweets, all sorts of stuff, and you'll actually gain weight. Plus, you son't have the energy to even get out of bed. Your metabolism will slow down so much that you will even gain more weight. Even without eating!!! So, I began eating 1000 to 1200 calories a day, never ever going under 1000 never ever going over 1200. Counting calories was tough, so I tried weight watchers. That's working for me. BUT I HAVE TO EXERCISE AND SO DO YOU!!!!!!!!!!! I know it isn't fun, but you HAVE TO DO IT. You can eat right and not exercise, and you won't lose any weight. You can exercise and eat what you want, and not lose. But if you do BOTH... it works. I promise! Get an MP3 or IPOD, load it up with pumping music that lasts for 1 hour, then put it on, get outside and walk 3-5 days a week until the music stops. It works.

Being anorexic is not the answer. You will end up so much worse than you are right now. If you are 14 I'm guessing that you still might live at home. What you and your family need to do is start eating healthier and exercising regularly. Think low-fat not starving yourself. It is not that hard to eat right you just have to make the effort. Learn to read food labels, drink less soda, drink more water, practice portion control and exercise. Also, keeping a food journal is a great way to keep track of what you eat and how much. That way you can see what foods you need to cut down on. Not eating anything at all will ultimately be worse on your body that you think. Your body needs fuel to work, you just need to make sure that you are using the right fuel. Also, if you starve yourself you end up losing muscle mass not fat. You should reconsider wanting to be anorexic its not worth it.

If you stop eating, your body will assume you are starving and lower your metabolisim. Then when you do eat more of the food will be converted into fat. A better way is to raise your metabolisim by building muscle, while at the same time reducing calorie intake slightly. Walking is great exercise, the gluteus maximus is the largest muscle in the body and is used in walking. Start slow and don't try to do too much at one time. Gradual change is healthiest.

You will lose weight but you will find many other problems showing up as a result. There is nothing healthy about not eating.. most people over weight already have a mild state of malnutrition anyway.. you don't want to emphasize it by not getting nutrition into the body.

NO....initially you will notice weightloss....but then your body will go into starvation mode and everything you do eat your body will store. So technically starving yourself is defeating yourself. You cannot lose wait by depriving yourself. You have to change your eating and activity habits.....start small by eliminating soda....one thing at a time. reduce your sugar intake and go for a 30 minute walk every evening. If you build more muscle you will burn more fat. Good Luck

I consume each and every now and then to help me come to a determination some few issues, like what could i purchase next. as quickly as I consume i've got self belief somewhat delight and a few questions or doubts does not rely anymore. Being hungry does not hassle me that plenty as long i'm into some thing exciting. each and every now and then whilst i'm bored I purely consume out of it LOL that sucks!

You will lose weight but then put it all back on and then some when you start eating normally again. Shoot for losing a couple pounds a month.
