A picnic is relatively inexpensive as you both have to eat anyway. Now the special part is where to have it and those options are almost limitless. A nice park is good but sort of unimaginative so rack your brain for something unique, something that creates a memory which can bring a smile ten years from now. Remember, it's the thought that counts so the more thought you put into this the more she'll appreciate you for it. Congratulations and good luck.

are you a guy? the fact that you remember the anniversary at all will mean a lot. You don't need an elaborate gift, writing a heartfelt note about what the last year has meant to you would be very meaningful to your girl. she already knows you don't have much money.

well there are many things that you can do for your one month anniversary
1. Borrow money from either family or friends
2. Steal money (Not reccomoned)
3. Steal what you want to get her (not reccomended)
4. Find something that is of great value of yours and give it to them
5. Give them something that is worth alot of money
6. Take them to a place that reminds them of you
7. Tell her the truth that you could not get the money but you could make it up to her

well you can go for a romantic walk a nice dinner at home with the food you can cook up with what you have there. and make more special plans that you wanna do for another day if you really would like to

Google waterfalls in your area. Find a nice one (may be a few hours drive) and do a nice romantic picnic by the waterfall. If you live in the south you may still be able to bring bathing suits.

Well, not everything costs money. You can take her to the beach and have a romantic walk. You can shower her with complicments. Give a nice massage. Just be creative.

do something that doesn't cost a lot of money, depending on where you are like a picnic in the park or beach. or you can set up in your home a nice candlelight dinner, rent a romantic movie or 2....where something sexy and so on...depends on what your guy likes.
