This is one of the classic questions.
So far I think and believe it is a heaven or a rebirth.
Possibly both might be quite different than we imagine.
Lots of snarks suggest that one will go to heaven or hell and that one must "believe" in their system to get to one or the other..
I think a purgatory more likely.
Perhaps I will see you in tir-na-nog or somewhere like it.

When you die, your brain dies. No brain, no thought. You cease to exist. That's the price you pay for living. But I'm sure you will read many sugar coated answers, and whatever gets you through this life, that fine. But just in case there isn't anything else, maybe you could make more out of the life you have instead of hoping for something else. Me, personally, I couldn't do "eternity." I couldn't even do a billion years.
