A place to start is your definition of "freedom". What do you mean when you say freedom? What form of freedom (e.g., economic, political, social)? Having stated what freedom means to you, and the form of freedom you want to speak about, what do you want freedom to mean to your audience? What action do you want your audience to take, and why? A speech may explain, give new information, and urge others to action. Decide what you want your speech to accomplish. Let your audience know your purpose. Speak plainly and directly. All should turn out well.

first of all freedom as in liberty?
freedom is a state of mind people aren't meant to be locked up and punished for what seems wrong to those who call themselves the authority freedom is nothing more than what your mind tells you can do and will do everyone has it and everyone always will no matter how much they are oppressed or judged no mortal or authority figure will ever have the power or the right to take away your freedom because doing so is impossible like taking away your soul ability to live love hate and die freedom is not only one of the most important things in a persons life it is a basic necessity of human nature take it or leave it love it or hate it use it or lose it you will always have it no matter what anyone or anything says
