I know that you are young and looking for a quick fix... you want instant gratification, like most people do, but if you want real long-term results, you're going to have to do it the right way... there is no quick fix.

If you go anorexic, you will just start yourself on a very unhealthy cycle of yo-yo dieting, which, in the end will just make you even fatter. In the short run you will deny yourself necessary nutrients and lose some weight. That will slow down your metabolism in order to keep you alive. Eventually your body will stabalize itself, requiring you to eat less and less to lose any weight. Eventually, you will gain weight when you eat anything, because your body's metabolism is SO slow. You will have little energy, lose your hair, your skin will be bad, and you will look old because you will lose the muscle mass in all of your body and in your face. It is a REALLY ugly picture, REALLY ugly.

Most models are not anorexic, they are just born that way, and I know a lot of them, and in real like they actually look really weird, like aliens, and most guys I know don't think they are attractive at ALL in person... but the pictures make them look great. So don't pay any mind to that.

You need to really take care of yourself and look towards the long term here. So, think of it this way... look towards a year. In a year you can either be on a crazy cycle of starving yourself and feeling miserable and trying to keep up with that... or you could adjust your lifestyle now by eating healthy and exercising and in a year be at your target weight?? The year will come regardless of what you are doing. Even in a month. Would you rather lose 20 pounds next month but be starving yourself and unhealthy, or would you rather be doing things the right and healthy (the easier way really) and have lost 10 pounds and on your way towards your weight-loss goal.

Be realistic. You can do it. Good for you for trying... but do it the right and healthy way and in a few months you will have the results you want and you will have them forever rather than having them and losing them quickly (because you didn't do it the right way).
