I have stretch marks from weight loss after puberty...I am in my 20's and tried Strivectin (a cream for stretch marks). It can be expensive (I paid $135 for my tube, but it worked). Strivectin can be found at some Macy's or other department stores in the beauty/fragrance departments. It has also been used for deep wrinkles (I assume the formula has something in it that helps build the fat and calcium in the skin to plump it up and even out the deep wrinkles).
My best freind used Cocoa Butter all through out her pregnancy and it prevented stretchmarks from occuring, therefore I don't see why you couldn't use it to help clear up stretch marks after they have occurred. I have seen it for less than $3 at wall mart, target, any drugstore, etc. I hope this helps!

Most people have stretch marks. It's not as big a deal as you think. (This includes bodybuilders - they gain and lose weight all the time.) Creams won't help. Those are deep scars, and the cream can't get to them. They may fade, a little, with time, but don't expect a miracle. There are lasers, though, that can make a difference.

You can use Olive Oil to help them fade faster. Try mixing in table salt and using it like a body wash in the shower. Leaving it on for a few minutes before rinsing and it REALLY helps to moisturize skin. I had strechmarks that are still there but are way less noticeable. Good luck.

no they never go away! They might fade a bit but never go away! You will need some plastic surgery or some really good Dermatologist to give you a good Dermabrasion! Then again you can use some Preparation H! I know it sounds weird but it works!

no they don't all go away, some may but generally they fade, some will be white and some will be light pink, some will be a visible red. it depends on your skins elasticity and how far and for how long your skin was stretched. (ie pregnancy, weight loss, ect.)
