yeah it does hurt. its not that bad (for me anyway) I know I have one.

I think it looks yummy - IF you have a belly that men like to look at! If not - it's a waste of money. Yes, I've been told it hurts, and can get infected if not cared for and cleaned properly.

belly button peircing hurts under my opinion. i am probably, 50/50 that i will get it pierced when i am 18. but i will get 2nd holes in my ears, maybe even 1 3rd on in 1 of my ears

Well, I haven't had that, but I've had earring piercings. It didn't hurt though.I think my mother did that to me when I was a lot younger.

It kills for a few seconds but then it's ok. The only downside is the bellyring gets caught in clothing (sweaters, jeans, etc.)

well it will if you don't do it right or without someone there who knows how to, but it hurts in general anyway, but it doesn't last long.
