Yeah, if you play it enough. It's a serious work out if you really get into it. Plus it's fun, which makes you want to do it.

No, but I no some people who have. They should have it a the health clubs to make a statement about having immense fun and burning calories at the same time.

yes lol, i was quite fit before, but it really does help you, and if u have ddrmax2 just go to workout mode and lose 150 calories just like that *snaps* plus, it really builds up your legs. for me, if i havnt played it in a lon gtime, and then go play it again , my tihghs are trobbing in the morning (i dance on heavy)
