What is a workout to help build a 13 year old's biceps, triceps, and calves, along with stomach?

abs- plan do 200 crunches when you wake up and 100 before you go to bed

biseps and tryseps - sit on a chair and put your hands on the side and dip you bottem to touch the floor it will buid and if you do push ups like 20 reps of 3

calves- even thought i do this and im a dancer do rises where you stand with feet parallel and just rise a billion times and then do plea rise and etc do like 5 sets of each doing 20 or jump rope or trampolone =]

It seems that at 13 you could join a sports team through school or after school. I'd say that would be the best way to build up your muscles in a fun way and also get to make a lot of friends. Not only will you build up muscle from playing the sports, but a lot of the time the team will work out with weights together and your coach can teach you about how to work out properly and the effects of certain exercises on your various muscle groups.

For all of those areas I'd suggest swimming, that will definitely develop your arms and legs and abs. For calves... bicycling is good. Volleyball is another good one for all of those areas, as well as boxing.
