It depends on what all has to be done. Do you need subfloor laid? Does the floor need leveling so the tiles will not crack?
Is the floor strong enough to handle the extra weight of the tiles?

Al this has to be considered.

In Wisconsin, with the laying of subfloor, and the tile, figure about $3-$5 fer square foot for labor, plus any supplies.(leveler, quick set, grout, tile, edging, trimming arround doors, ect)

Without knowing the layout or number of cuts, I'd charge anywhere from $2.75 to $3.75 a sq. ft. plus the cost of tile,,, if I had to supply it, plus the costs of mortar and grout. I do not add my tools to a bid or bill.

You'll find, if you do the research that HD subs it's work and charges about the same.
