not sure if it has to be pepsi, I work for a brewery, and part of their training for bar work is an induction book, and one question in that book is "what is a split pepsi". Not too sure on the relevance to bar work as no one seems to know what it is, i don't. and i'm getting fed up of all the new bar staff asking me...even the manager of the pub does not know.

It is the size of the bottle. 180ml bottles are called splits, as opposed to baby's. 125ml bottles of fruit juice and mixers are baby's and 180ml bottles are splits. Hope this clears it up?

I think it's just something to do with Pepsi's stock's. You know like when they split.

Maybe its half full fat Pepsi, half diet for those people who aren't quite ready to lose weight! Or maybe it's when 2 people share one drink.....who knows!

Never heard of it and I work for the competition (not Coke). Either its new or means something totally unlike what we're thinking.
