Also, any rec.'s for a great hotel in Paris? We'll only be there one night and I want to make the most of it, as this will be my first time there. (We'll be heading to the Seychelles)

I guess, from the USA?
From Los Angeles AIR TAHITI NUI, great service, comfortable, excellent food.
From NY, Eos or Maxjet, great service.but you have to change airline and connect in London.
From the rest of the US, British Airways.

Air France. Always travel with the national carrier when passing by a given country.
As for the hotel, go directly to Champs-Elysees and walk through the Rue de Boétie (perpendicular to the Champs-Elysees, near Monoprix), you can find good hotels there with reasonable prices.
Have a nice trip and then enjoy Seychelles.

I usually travel via Delta's business class. Their new planes are gerat with on demand movies and loads of games at each seat.

I'm a frequent flyer to US and my preference goes to Continental Airlines for their Quality (service, help, food, ..). I'm sorry to tell that Air France is not a reliable company : be careful of strikes and you'll be stuck at the airport !

This is my favoritt air company. clean and nice and on time.
I always fly through Paris when I go to the USA, so that I can fly AIR FRANCE. They are really good.
