I'm doing the same thing as well and I can tell you somethings that will work

1) Have enough sleep
2) Drink lots of water
3) Eat right (not only enough meals, but also healthy food)
4) Don't smoke
5) Take Hairtopia pills, I take them and they work, you can read the reviews about it at Hairboutique.com....1 inch of growth per month minimum! thats twice the regular growth of hair

Oh and those pills help grow out your nails and smoothen skin, not that I would care, but since you are a woman, thought you should know.

Hope I've been great help.

don't skip ur breakfast. B ehappy, releived from stress. Do oil massage for ur hair once in a week. Don't apply too much oil for massage in the scalp. I usually use coconut oil.Give massage for 5 mts all over the head. take bath with shampoo after an hour or so. Don't apply too much of shampoo.

Add more protein to your diet, drink lots of water, and be sure to condition your hair regularly. Most Wal-Marts will have a shampoo in the pet section called "Mane 'n Tail" its primarily for horses but they make it for people too (the same can be used for people). It makes your hair stronger and less prone to breaking and also helps it to grow.

you cant really do that. cutting hair just makes it healthier, its the health of hair that affects the growth of hair. just dont heat style it for at least 4 months and youll get shinier, silkier, less frizzy and split end free hair(if you get a trim before you start the "hair processing diet"
