i got a prepaid cell phone from cingular and i can't use it cuz i don't know the sim puk number where can i find it

The only way to get a puk number is by calling Cingular's customer service. It's generated by a complicated computer program and guessing at it can lock up your phone.

On the back of the card there should be an area where you have to scratch that is where the number will be located..if you're still having trouble call the 1-800 # for Cingular.
