It is pretty obvious you are hurt but do not mistaken this with love. He did you wrong after sharing so many moments together so obviously something else was more important to him. Time does not heal ALL wounds but it heals most. Find a new hobby or something to keep your mind busy. Another suggestion is to find something that makes you feel better about you like working out, sports, etc. Part of what you feel is self-doubt. You wonder if it is your fault. Odds are it is not but you still question yourself. After all you did not cheat on him nor did you lie. You want the good feelings back that you shared with him but realize you cannot erase what he has done and it will haunt you always. Move on to someone that appreciates you and makes you feel good about you.

To stop loving him, distract yourself with things you like to do. See everything that is bad about him, and know that cheating (and getting caught) is terrible. Laughter is the best medicine. Find some friends and go out. When ready (emotionally), find a new guy, or that new guy might find you (isn't this exciting?).

Time may help you stop loving him. In the meantime, think about why it is you are attracted to a guy who doesn't respect and honor you. What is it you need from a guy?

first of all don't let him use you any more, your better then that. and you don't simply fall out of love it's more like growing out of love. yeah there will be days when you miss him terribly, but eventually he won't cross your mind. break ups are hard but you'll make it through
