I have a small chihuahua who I have been housetraining. She has only had a few accidents but unfortunately in the same corner on my beige carpet. I have used a product called "Natures Miracle" but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. Can anyone PLEASE recommend something to me?

Just answered this about cat, it works even better for dogs. Beer. Not kidding. After drying the beer smell will dissapate and you can use a carpet or upholstery cleaner. Gets the smell and stain out. Do not use vinegar. Just soaks the smell into the carpet.

Natures Miracle works well and it can be purchased at any local pet supply store. Follow the directions on the bottle. Note: the product works enzymatically, therefore, you will notice the smell disappears and you will notice it back again off and on, this only means that the product is in fact working. If the stains are really bad or older, you may need to try the product a second time.

natures miracle should be doing the trick or your not totally following the directions...... also you should put some alunimun foil over that spot the more she continues to pee in that spot, urine actually breaks down the fiders of carpet if an animal urinates on it enough times.. or put a puppy pad over top of that spot just in case.... other products, the only product i would recommend to any one, from one pet owner to another is any product that has the urine specific enzymes in it to get rid of that urine smell.. and dont heat treat that spot yet either, you can actaully set the smell in to the carpet that way.... go to petsmart and check out what other urine removal produsts they have? sorry i didn't give you a specific product but i have been using nature's miracle for 5 years and never had a problem.... good luck..

i take advantage of a three step technique for removing puppy stains. First, I soak the carpet each and every of how by way of to the pad with an enzyme cleanser that i'm getting at Petco. make advantageous that's no longer the "oxy" version, it has to have enzymes interior the record of components. I positioned a sparkling white towel on appropriate of the spot and enable it take a seat in one day. the subsequent morning I take the towel off and enable it air dry. If there continues to be a important stain, i take advantage of an aerosol cleanser called "spot shot." I spray it on the stain devoid of soaking it. I take a sparkling white towel and press it on the cleanser, and attempt to sidestep rubbing the spot too plenty. that often gets the stain up, i've got used it for the two urine and diarrhea. If there continues to be a scent, i'm getting the puppy hair style of arm & hammer carpet powder. I sprinkle it on the carpet and enable it take a seat for some hours with the door close. Then that's purely a rely of vacuuming thoroughly. one in all my canines has a vulnerable urinary sphincter, so she has some injuries a month. I finally end up spot cleansing some cases a month and doing the carpet powder each and every few months. sturdy luck!

Oxy clean works great on carpet stains, just mix some (more than the package says), with a little hot water & mix well, then pour on the stain and rub in with a brush. Then just wipe it up with paper towels. Even works with those horrid puke stain dogs and cats have a habit of leaving all over the floor.
