if you really want to know, then why don't you stick some needles in your face. I wouldn't get one if I was you.

Yes, it hurts but not badly. A friend had eyebrows tattooed on and she said it was uncomfortable enough that she decided not to do the same with eyeliner. The main thing is to get a good person to do it -- preferably a doctor or a nurse in a doctor's office. After all, it is your face!

Tatoo's hurt most when the needle contacts the bone through the skin. Therefore ankles, elbows, the neck, the hands, all these skinny places hurt.
You will be hard pushed to find a tatooist who will tatoo onto your face, hands or feet.
Rightly so. They are ridiculous places for people to have tatoo's.
Can you imagine applying for a job and having to explain to a woman in a power suit why you have a butterfly on your cheek.

I think it depends on your pain threshold. Some people don't think that any tattoos hurt (my mom for example) and then there are people (like me) who cry the entire time. I think of all the places on the body, the face would probably be one of the more sensitive areas because there is not as much subcutaneous fat compared to the stomach or back or leg or whatnot.

That is probably a horrible pain. It is the #1 most painful spot. The ribs, hand, spine and feet are also very painful places to get a tattoo.

.... I don't know about the face but it hurts like hell on the a** , why would you want to tattoo your face, think of the future, it will be hard to find a decent job.

Incidentally, why would you get a tattoo on your face? You'd never be able to get rid of it. You'd have trouble getting jobs, it would look terrible when you aged, and it just looks tacky overall.

Seems a risky thing to do, unless you are getting permanent cosmetics, or part of the industry. And there is no link between tattoos and cancer, that guy is misinformed.

fyi tattoos in general hurt, so i would imagine getting a needle stuck in your face would hurt too.....stupid question
