Yep it's a question - there's a question mark after it.....this is my answer so could you tell me what your question is and I will answer it but if you haven't got a question then I cannot answer it. Help I'm losing the plot.

If the idea that 'If this is a question, answer it' is a question, then we surely must ask the question of is 'if this is a question, answer it' is a question then does the question validate a question / answer response or a more question filled repecharge?

grammar-wise, it isn't a question. -- "if this is a question, will you answer it?" that's the proper way to put it.

punctuation-wise, it is a question due to the question mark. without the q.mark, it can be an imperative sentence.

It's deceiving to the eye because the auto '?' that gets put into the title.

technically, its only a question because there is a question mark on the end of it, but really, it's more of a command and should end in an exclamation mark !!
