no they cant.
why? because those things are purely metaphorical. the only evidence a believer of a fairy tale has is metaphorical evidence.
example: see that tree? that tree proves god exists.
while there is no literal way to prove that tree proves god exists it may metaphorically prove god exists.
unfortunately for theists metaphorical evidence is NOT evidence.

Yeah, as if a diagram showing a monkey into a man is evidence, or as if carbon-dating is evidence, or the thoughts of a bunch of people who would do anything but believe in a God that will be their Judge is evidence.
Why ask a question if you aren't going to listen to the responses? You'll only listen to what you want to hear, so why even ask?
On the other hand, I will try to respond. The hand is what is called by some engineers a "mechanical nightmare." - That is, it's pretty hard to understand why it works (mind you, i was told this by an engineer). The entire human body is what some people call "irreducibly complex" - and so are most, if not all, other animals. That is, if you were to take any number of things from them, the species would not have been able to exist. One part from the eye, man wouldn't have been able to see and would have likely died out long ago. However, there are blind animals (i think) that have continued to exist...at the very least, mankind would be very much different, and would not likely be the kind of rulers of this planet that we are.

The defining quality of this never-ending argument, and one that the theists constantly overlook, is that as meager as evidence for evolution may be, it is still essentially OBJECTIVE evidence.
I theist can point to nature and say, "look at how perfectly magnificent and precise this is! This is evidence of god!", but this is purely a subjective opinion. Another person could look at the same exact tree or rainbow and see nothing but random chance. Yet another person could see atoms and elements. Each opinion is valid from the subjective perspective of the observer, but all science cares about are facts. Objective evidence.
In our world, it is generally accepted that facts are what the majority of the learned community we call "experts" agree upon. Theories become fact when enough people observe something and agree independently, for a long enough period of time, that "yes, this is so." Yet, the beauty of science is that because it is self-correcting, facts are always open to revision.
When paleontologists from around the world look at a transitional fossil and come to the same independent conclusion that the fossil is evidence of evolution, this is an EXCEPTIONALLY STRONG POSITION, because they are not being forced by a holy book, or a bunch of outside opinions. When you ask scientists from all over the world why humans that live near the equator have darker skin, or why humans that live at high altitudes have larger nostrils and lungs, their answer isn't tainted by personal awe of a creator who saw fit to endow his children living at higher altitudes with greater lung capacity. It's the application of the solid scientific principle that SPECIES ADAPT TO THEIR ENVIRONMENT. Descent with modification!
Once you decide to defer learning the truth to "god", you might as well call a quit to progress, because what's the point? The challenge of being human is to continue to search for the answers no matter how difficult or fruitless or frightening the search may seem. Writing things off to god gives Christians a nice, warm fuzzy feeling, but it also gives them a nice, pat, lazy answer to all the things they don't understand, or WANT to understand. Sometimes the truth can be frightening. Why do you think they imprisoned Galileo?
Theological claims, since they are dogmatic, can neither be disputed nor revised (except by "god" or his prophets.) The bible contains many contradictions and absurd passages, but Christians have come up with all sorts of clever ways to avoid being trapped, the best known being the abolition of the Old Testament's nonsense by the New Testament. Nevertheless, even if the new said flight was a sin, rest assured that Christians would find some way of twisting the passages around so that they could still get on airplanes. This is the wonderful nature of the rationalization and denial that these poor creatures live their lives by. Of course, the explanation is simple... god is a human creation, and humans are weak. No sane human being is strong enough to put an abstract creation like god ahead of their own base desires indefinitely, which is precisely why Christians invented the concepts of sin, and forgiveness. It gives them a nice, tidy way of being flawed (which we all are) and at the same time absolving themselves of all responsibility, and clearing their consciouses.
Neat huh?

A power/energy such as some call God exists but not as a human as some groups put it in to. God is not male or female. I believe that the universe was created from a power/energy so intense that the power/energy caused the big bang thus creating the planets in the solar system. We just happened to be in the right place at the right time which helped with our creation. You only have to look at us to say that something that some call God exists but it's nothing holy and it doesn't leave a holy sign for all to say "Yup, the church was right"

There are so many ways to tell you that God exists. First of all, I have a grandfather who has lung cancer. The Bible says to not be afraid, for I am with you. For me that is God telling me that my grandfather will be in heaven with him and if God didn't exist i couldn't know that my grandpa's life would end in hell or in Paradise. Second, I've seen miracles BEYOND belief. I'm almost crying to find a way to explain them to you and how important God is in this world. Bad things in this world don't happen because God doesn't exist or he doesn't love us. It's Satan. If God didn't allow Satan for victory every now and then, then how could people see miracles in a perfect, sinless world? I know God exists because I have faith in Him and I love Him. I pray that you will too, because without God, you are nothing. Please, Please read the Bible. You'll read about the most amazing, true things ever.

Do we have to? Isn't it kind of hard to believe that the world we live in-perfectly placed in our galaxy, perfectly made for human life- came from nothing? We've got minds to program computers, to develop math equations, and to invent medicines to save millions of lives. Where did that come from? I don't know about you, but I would much rather think that we were specially made by a loving God with a perfect plan then by some cosmic accident.
The Bible says: "For faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen". Sure, it takes faith to believe in a God that we can't see directly, but I think it takes a lot more faith to believe that we're an accident, or that we came from gorillas, or that fish used to walk on land.
I know that the Bible is true, because I CAN look around and see the works of God. I can see how this world was perfectly made for us, by someone who truly loved us.

Okay, you want proof? What kind of proof do you want? How about a book by Lee Stroble. The Case for a Creator is great, as is The Case for FAITH. There are many, many books that provide proof of God. Many people don't read them because it may make them think. I read everything I can get my hands on, even if it contradicts what I believe. I like to be challenged, I like to know what I believe and why I believe it.

I don't think you're grasping yet the difference between "faith" and "accepting proof that God exists". My "proof"is also your "proof", because the argument would lean upon radically different premises, and would have to develop equally different interpretations of the evidence, but the evidence stays the same (the wonderful complexity of the human being and the like).

I think the question is more forceful in reverse: can atheists come up with reasons why G-d does not exist besides for evolution?
I've only heard a few, rather poor, other options.

A bunch of mumbo jumbo containing incorrect data and strawman arguments, doesn't proove that a deity exists. It only proves that you know how to misrepresent information and misinform an audience.
But feel free to try again with the god proof.

Evolution...aka..EVILution One of the MAIN tools/deceptions of Satan in the past century or so.
The bottom line is, evolutionists just can't stand the idea of answering to a Higher Being..aka Almighty God. But one day, we will ALL stand before Him and will have to explain ourselves and He will Judge ALL...including atheists.
