8 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
8 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese



PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add zucchini and tomatoes with their liquid. Cook 10 min. or until most of the liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
MIX pasta, eggs and 1/2 cup of the cheese in large bowl; mix well. Add to vegetables in skillet; stir until well blended. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until bottom of frittata is set. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
BAKE 10 min. or until center is set. Cut into 8 wedges to serve.

Cat Poop Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Cup honey
2 cups Flour
2/3 Cups Margarine
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Grape Nuts Cereal
Directions:
Microwave honey on high until bubbly (about one minute). Add Margarine and mix. Add egg and mix well. Mix all other ingredients, except cereal. Chill 1 hour in freezer or several hours in fridge. Mold dough into assorted shapes of cat poop. Roll in cereal. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serve in new litter box on a bed of grape nuts. Use a new litter scoop to remove.

A Different Steak Au Poivre

1lbTop sirloin steak, cut 1" thick, boneless
2tblBlack peppercorns, crushed
3tblButter, or margarine, divided
1/4cupShallots, or onion, minced
1/2tspHot pepper sauce
3tblGin

Method :

* Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cut steak into 4 equal portions, and press the peppercorns evenly into both sides. Heat 1 1/2 tb. butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly. Cook steaks 10 to 12 minutes for rare (140 degrees) or to desired doneness, turning once. Remove to a warm platter.
* Add the shallots to the skillet; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
* Stir in the pepper sauce. Add the gin; carefully ignite with a match. When flames die out, remove from the heat, swirl in remaining butter until melted and pour the sauce over the steaks.
* Serving suggestions: Steamed fresh baby carrots and sugar snap peas. (If Densie is coming to dinner, skip the peas!)

2tblSherry
1tblWorcestershire sauce
3tblA-1 steak sauce
1tblChopped chives
1tblChopped parsley
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
2tblBrandy

Method :

* Cook onions in 2 tablespoons butter until golden. Pound steak to tenderize and sear over high heat in butter and onion, about 2 minutes on each side. Add sherry, A-1 sauce, remaining butter, Worcestershire, chives, parsley, pepper and salt. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Add brandy, bring to the table, flame and serve.
* This recipe yields 2 servings.

easy lasagna
1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2/3 cup water
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1 teaspoon oregano
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
Combine the sauce and water in bowl.
Combine ricotta, eggs and oregano in another bowl.
In a buttered 13x9-inch casserole (3 qt.) spoon 1/3 of the sauce.
Top with 1 cup macaroni, 1/2 ricotta cheese mixture and 1/2 mozzarella.
Repeat layering with sauce, macaroni, ricotta and sauce.
Cover and bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Let stand 10 minutes, serve.

Salad::: Caesar, or Italian salad dressing


Flashback salad isn't the healthiest salad, but its got mayo, lime and the usual fixins. Its better than it sounds.

Fruit salad is really good too.

Make some baked potatoes! Mm......mmm

get fish
put it on skillet, put lime over it
heat it for about 4 mins then put it on other side, 4 more mins
then cook it 2 more mins on each side and ure done

low fat, healthy and if u buy tulipa (i think thast wat its called) its cheap too then
