I need advise on how to dispute my credit I have bad credit

you can add a notice of dispute to your credit report_this would be an explaination of the circumstances-Get your credit report see whats happening and then contact the reporting agency-send them the letter and thay will add it to your report-It is up to lenders discretion weither they accept this or not

I was in the same situation and in the last 30 days have gotten my scores up over 100 pts each! Go on each credit agencies website, order a credit report and do an online dispute through there website for each negative item on your report. Each company will have to reply within 30 days proving the bad remark or else the credit agency will remove it. This majorly helped me and seriously, DISPUTE EVERYTHING negative as well as any inquiries. Like I said I did this and it has made a huge difference and i am still disputing some things. well your credit could be bad because of high balances on your revolving accounts like credit cards. what you can do if this is the case is have a full tri-merged(all three credit companies) credit report pulled and see the amounts on each revolving account try to pay off any account above 50% of the credit limit or at least pay them off to below 50% this should get you better credit in a month or month in a half
