Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding pregnancy symptoms is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception. For other women, symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy symptoms.
Implantation Bleeding:
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.
Delay/Difference in Menstruation:
A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period. This symptom is commonly explained by other reasons. If you have been sexually active and have missed a period, it is recommended that you take a test

When i was having pink-red-brown blood coming out of me (sorry gross sounding) i was having a miscarriage. I am not saying you are but i was just saying.
You can take a pregnany test 19 days from the day you think you became pregnant or maybe even sooner. Go to http://www.peeonastick.com for more info.
I took 2 pregnancy tests a full 7 days before my period was due both came up positive and yes i was pregnant. I used the answer test and clearblue easy.
I would go out and buy a test. It dosen't have to be a test that is so expensive. The ones at the dollar store and even the dollar tree are just as good if not better.
Good luck to you

Its been my experience that any pregnancy test ask if you are late. Most will not back the results if you are not. So you should wait, most definitely. But there are other signs if you look for them, that might tell you if you are even before the test. One, are you sleeping more or more tired? If yes, this is an indicator. Two, ( sorry so personal ) If you have itchiness around the nipple or under the breast? If yes, another indicator. Last, your personal temperature is wacky, you feel hot or cold, for no reason at all, even as for as Nausea, some vomiting is a definite. Hope its the answer you were looking for. Good Luck.

usually it takes at least 2-3 weeks after your first missed period,to get any valid results ,and for the pregnancy hormone to show up in your "out put".if you are really that concerned, maybe you can look into getting a blood test done.are your periods usually "normal"?sometimes our bodies play tricks on us..stress,or other factors could be the cause of some of that, sometimes even certain meds., can cause you to spot.are you on any kind of birth control pill ,shot,or patch?i would check with your doctor...good luck.......

I would wait a couple of days, if your period is due in a week anyway, your cycle could just be a bit off, give it a couple of days....if thats your only sympton or thought of being pregant, if you have tenderness in your breasts, thats a big sign, some other things are just nerves or your body changing, sometimes it does things that make you paranoid when it's just hormones or nerves....

I would wait because if your period is not due for another week, then it may be still to early. It can be hard having to wait but it will be best.

Wait until you're late with your period. Lots of things, including stress, can cause spotting or irregular bleeding.

I found out I was pregnant two weeks before my period was due. It's exciting, go ahead and take one. If it's negative take another one in a week.
