Now, the bible tells us that....well we know what it says, but I have wondered what Satanist who read the satanic bible believe. If, everyone was to be able to do as they wanted, wouldn't there be just chaos? Is there supposed to be some kind of order?

Oh, hey...Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Switchfoot and Yo La Tengo are all playing here in the next few days....What Should I Do???

God gave humans free will, and I think the world is in pretty much chaos now and will get worse in time. Enjoy life peacefully.

p.s. go see Dylan, Petty & the rest of them!!

I read Bob Dylan and I forgot about the first part of your question. Go see all the bands, you are so lucky you're in a place where you get to see Bob, I don't think he'll ever come visit me here in Brisbane, Australia. I would have done anything to go see him in his hayday (well I wasn't born then so that was the problem).

I have no idea about Satanists, I guess there would be chaos.

The Satanic Bible isn't really a complete opposite of the other bible.
Why are you saying Satanists cause chaos, Its not their holy war were in.

First things first: I'd see Yo La Tengo before any of the others and Tom Petty would be my second choice.
So. Social order, eh? Could an educated but unreligious populace keep its own peace or would it dissolve into anarchy.
May I remind you, sir, that the US is not a religious nation, but many Middle East countries are.
I hope this helps.

Why would there be chaos? Everyone can do what they want anyway. What's stopping them? Those who want to rape and steal will rape and steal. Those who want to give to charity will give to charity.

Now, why would someone do something? That is the true test of morality.

Who is more moral? The satanist who returns a dropped wallet because he feels it's the right thing to do or the Christian who returns a dropped wallet because he feels God is judging his actions?

Incidentally, the Satanic Bible has nothing to do with chaos. It teaches that you should not enable those who are too weak to live their own life. And even then, if that's what you want to do, then go nuts with it.

in the book of Judges, everybody did what they saw was right in their own eyes -- and look what happened. today a lot of people do what is right in their eyes; if they act without a standard, then there will be chaos. i vote switchfoot. i LOVE switchfoot.

There is a restrainer in the world. That is the Holy Spirit and the Church.

The Satanic bible teaches the opposite of God. It teaches on how to offend God in every way. It was written by a man who died penniless and scared.

Without law and order man would return to his animal nature, and we have experienced it around the world today. man does have a tendency to commit atrocities where there is no law and order, and some still continue to violate where there is law. for proof of that just look at how full our prisons are. When laws are relaxed like the death penalty violence escalates.

Everyone IS able to do what they want. Why do you think that there are murderers, liars, rapists, etc. Haven't you checked the world lately? It is a bunch of chaos!
