Do you feel heavier people are less attractive than thin people?

you know i believe beauty comes from within and it really pisses me off when guys and girls find chubby chicks or like they say fat girls are unattractive i think guys are freaking insensitive to the needs of a woman and her feelings and women are no better can you just imagine what overweight women feel everytime they see something nice in their size just to be discouraged not to buy it because some skinny chick said aloud OH MY GOD SHE CANT BE SERIOUS and then point and stare and giggle among her friends i know because i have a really good friend of mine and she goes to school with me and everyday men and women make her feel her life is not worth living just because shes fat if i had my way i would make everyone in this world the same size so no body would ever have to feel like that i hope i answered your question god bless...E

I think every guy appreciates a skinny girl, even if they say they rather be with a "thicker" one. They still fantasize with models and Baywatch...lol. The truth is that skinny is pretty. Most guys are ashamed to go out with a bigger girls because they are scared of what other people might think. If people just stuck to what they believed in everything would be a lot easier. Hollywood has a lot to do with it too you know all the skinny celebrities. I think that weight shouldn't be a problem, big people are just like you and me. No I don't think heavier people are less attractive.

I don't look at people for their outward appearance. You will never find the right person just by judging them based on how they look or what their size is. When I find someone attractive, it's because I fall for their personalities or their good heart. Another thing I find attractive is someone with morals. Someone who takes the time to care about others and their feelings. Someone who is not judgemental of others because they realize that we're only human..everyone has flaws no matter who you are. Everyone is beautiful in their own way. Some people just don't take the time to see that. It's takes alot of courage to be yourself in today's society and I highly respect anyone who's not afraid to show their true colors. To me, that's what makes a person attractive.

Yes I think Beauty is within the person. The same thing you think. Complementing or saying good morning to heavier people will give them a good feeling. I feel every person is beautiful and attractive in many ways.

Sadly, the first think people notice about other is their appearance- that is human nature.. I like to think that I am not like that (not a superficial person) as I do believe it takes a very special person to get to know another on the inside enough to see the beauty within them..I think that overly skinny or overly obese are not particularly attractive qualities on anyone, as they show an invidivual that is either obsessed with their weight or one that doesn't care as much about it.. either one may have an attitude that may go along with it as well. The bottom line is that we are attracted to who we are attracted to - for whatever reason.. and there is not necessarily a rhyme or reason for that.

You are right, beauty is skin deep, but ill be the first to admit, i noticed my huband because he is handsome and has a smokin hot body and great smile- not by his sense of humor etc..
That all came later after we got to know eachother. (and from what he says visa-versa )
And personally, heavy people have let themselves go out of bad habit, poor diet, and lack of self dicipline- so that doesnt reflect anything good at all
-But on the other hand its not only skinny or fat as an issue.
There are heavy people who are uglier and more attractive (face wise) and likewise with skinny people-
Who is anyone to judge anyway??

What about people who are overweight due to a disease, disability, and/or heredity?

My husband is skinny and he eats 3 times as much as I do, plus he snacks all day.

Some people can't help being skinny or fat any more than they can help being white or black. Doesn't anyone study science in school anymore?

well people can grow on you through personality. They make great friends and can make good relationships. However thiner people always (to most people) seem more attractive then heavier people at first site. It also depends on your personality. If you looking for a great friend or lover you should definably look deeper then just how they look on the outside.

I think it helps if the person is somewhat thin because they can wear clothes better. But I have also met some very good looking over-weight people, and some very unfortunate looking skinny people. Ofcourse, if the person is charming, nice, charismatic etc. they will more attractive to the people around them.

You're right, I think. Personally I've seen absolutely beautiful heavier people...as far as outside goes. Outer beauty is all about how you clean up.
