Diluent: 100 ml = 1 G in 100 ml = 10 mg/ml
Diluent 50 ml = 1 G in 50 ml = 20 mg/ml

Order: Polycillin-M 300 mg IV PB q 6h in 50 ml D5W
Reconstitute with ____________ ml diluent and give ___________ ml.

;Order is 300 mg IV with the stock as 1 gram (1000 mg)
>300 MG/1000MG X 50 ML

The answer after dividing is multiplied with the volume
