I'm doing the same thing as well and I can tell you somethings that will work
1) Have enough sleep
2) Drink lots of water
3) Eat right (not only enough meals, but also healthy food)
4) Don't smoke
5) Take Hairtopia pills, I take them and they work, you can read the reviews about it at Hairboutique.com....1 inch of growth per month! thats twice the regular growth of hair
Oh and those pills help grow out your nails and smoothen skin, not that I would care, but since you are a woman, thought you should know.
Hope I've been great help.

This may sound kinda silly, but trim the ends on occasion to prevent split ends. For some reason, when you trim a small amount from the ends, it makes it grow even more. Don't brush your hair when it's wet because it will damage it, causing split ends. And try to leave it down rather than pulling it into a ponytail all the time because sometimes hair ribbons will damage the hair if you pull them out wrong. Another idea would be to take a multi-vitamin. Hope my advice helps!

The hair is not just a part of your body and it is a symbol of beauty, status and health. It is important for you to take proper care of your health in order to prevent early hair loss. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMKWd It is not a very serious problem and with a little bit of caution you will be able to prevent further hair loss. There are certain uncontrollable factors like pregnancy conditions or certain illness or genetic factors that will result in hair loss. But, this does not mean that you cannot do something about your hair loss.

You can speed it up by taking vitamines, but remember that your hair will only grow as long as it is genetically predisposed to grow. If you want super long hair, you need to look in your family to see if the women have been able to grow long hair, the men too, but if they were not able to chances are your hair will not grow super long either.

Take a multi-vitamin, it speeds up your hair and nail growth. Plus it keeps it healthy! You should also eat veggies and drink plenty of water. I think there are shampoo/conditioners that speed it up too, but most of them don't work!

If you have a balanced diet and your hair is healthy - i.e. you use good salon products and have regular trims, your hair shouldn't split as easily and that should help. You can also get vitamin for hair and nails from most health shops which may also help?

hi! easily there are not many products that extremely sell hair growth. i could recommend which you stray faraway from warmth styling and shop it trimmed. make advantageous whilst asking you stylist to trim your hair you tell them what you prefer decrease off and don' t purely say, "O, and inch off of the ends." that's purely an consumer-friendly to be unhappy with the decrease. Have a brilliant day!

get some Vitamin E capsules, pierce them and massage directly on to scalp - about 2-3 for whole head. also regular oil treatments - you can get herbal oil mixes (asian shops often stock great selection for strong healthy hair) I just use almond oil a couple of times a month. massage in your vit E, then massage in a bit of almond oil last thing at night then wash out in morning. keeps you hair in fab condition.
go shine!
