You will have to either very lucky, or break into the vault at the corporate offices for Mc Donald's. A few years ago, Mc Donalds was sued heavily for having kept the winning boardwalk piece in their vaults, and never having put the game piece out. Their next Monopoly game came out, someone won. Chances are the piece if it was put out, someone either has it and is waiting for other game pieces, or it could have been thrown out by a person who isnt playing. It could still be out there, just keep trying, and Good luck.
BTW, it is well known that they only put out one, or two Boardwalk game pieces, sorry
