Make sure your face wash is designed for oily skin.
Also you can try switching make up because it could be something in the make up.
Clean & Clear has these things called Oil Absorbing Sheets. You just press them into your skin and it soaks up excess oil and won't ruin your makeup. They work really well. The package is small enough to stick in your pocket or your purse.

well honestly i think that the makeup probably contributes to teh oily skin and to be honest most guys dont want to look at someone who is wearing a ton of makeup we would rather just see your natural beauty. i think you should just stop putting on makeup all the time and appreciate who you really are. dont get me wrong though a little bit is fine. maybe some eye shadow and eye liner. dont over do it with that though either. keep it minimal. also try an wash your face with anti-bacterial liquid soap on a regular basis.

Oily skin is natural. It's supposed to be oily. Wearing makeup is not going to help you. There are disposable facial cloths that you can purchase from nivea that you can use to "blot" the oil and keep your pores clear.
Makeup = bad for pores.

Have you tried blotting papers? Keep some in your purse and when you start to get a little oily, just blot. You shouldn't need to reapply makeup if you do that.
