When I take my Lexapro (10mg) I feel fine but sometimes I get so pissed off, I want to scream at everyone. Is there anyone out there who has this problem and what do you do for it?

How long have you been on Lexapro? If not long it may not have built up yet in your system? Are you seeing a therapist? If not you may need too.
Please though talk to your doc. You pay him/her to help you and if this med is not , there are dozens more out there that may. Antidepressants work differently on everyone. I was on zoloft and was like a zombie, literally. My husband said I would apologize for things that didn't even occur. My doc took me off that nutzie med and gave me Lexapro. I have only been on it 10mg.every day for a week, but no bad side effects. Maybe it isn't right for you.
I cannot stress enough to talk with your prescribing doc. they need to know what is going on. They are liable legally for this.

I've only been on Lexapro about 5 weeks and although my original dosage has been cut in half (now only 5mg) i still feel that I'm generally in a crappier mood and more quick tempered than I've ever been in my life. My Dr. insists that it should EASE irritablility, but I feel like I'm in constant PMS.
Another weird side effect for me (at 10mg) was needing HUGE amounts of sleep. 12+ hours a night and sometimes a nap or need for a nap early evening. i also seemed perfectly happy to lay in bed and stare at the ceiling for hours. I'm being treated for adult ADHD and minor depression, so you can imagine this was VERY unlike me.

Lexapro is actually a great medication for anxiety with depression. But medication will only do so much. You also need therapy. Until you find the reason you are depressed, angry....you won't get better.

Did you get pissed off before you started taking it? And if not it could be a side effect which usually goes away after 30 days of taking it. If you are concerned speak to the doctor who prescribed it.
