The anger interior you is a severe subject. what's it it is bothering you? exercising, deep respiratory, song, and in basic terms chatting with someone you've faith can make a distinction. i might want to search for pro help possibly from a school preparation counselor or therapist. Anger administration classes or counseling are literally not something to be embarrassed about. this may help you stay a happier life without a lot anger.

Chop wood, rake leaves, run around the block a dozen times. Then sit down and try to figure out what is causing that anger, and what you can do to remedy the situation.
Good on you for recognizing a problem and looking for a non-violent way to cope with it.

Physical activity, especially a punching bag at the gym. Helps to think through the cause of anger to determine if you were trying to control someone or something, or if someone was trying to control you. If you let anger build, it will come out distorted, or worse.

Stack a bunch of pillows on the floor and take a tennis racket and beat the heck outta the pillows and yell about what ever bothers you til you feel the release!

Try your best to find someone to talk to. that person should be someone you can tell anything to that you know wont judge you, so that you can be totally honest and open and tell them anything that is bothering you. Dont worry even if it means you want to say that you want to punch a little helpless kid in the face, you should be able to be open and free to talk about it so that you *DONT* do it! I hope that you can express you feelings, and get to the reason you have so much hurt in your heart. Try to seriously love yourself and be easier when judging yourself as well, cause that is were we as humans judge the harshest.

Go to a batting cage and whack some baseballs/softballs.
Go to a driving range and hit golf balls.
Go to the gym and hit the punching bag.
