No. Nobody has proved OR disproved the existence of God mathematically or scientifically.
The problem is partly one of form. We have to first of all define what we mean by "God." This is obviously impossible, because to define is to limit, and "God" is universally held by those who "believe" in Him to be a being without limit, omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. So He is then beyond definition - by definition! - so the question of His existence fails to pose a suitable problem for science.
Religious people are quite correct to insist on the primacy of "faith," which the schoolboy defines as "belief in that which we know not to be true." Which is putting it cynically; but the point is that we cannot have any sort of rational warrant whatsoever for our articles of faith. If we choose to believe, e.g., that 2,000 years ago a Jewish virgin was inseminated by a dove via the ear canal, so be it; if the combined circumstantial evidence of history, science, and basic common sense suggests that this is impossible, it doesn't matter; because "faith" and "reason" simply do not intersect.
Things DO get a little sticky, though, when religious people, aware of the obvious and glaring contradictions between their articles of faith and the evidence aforementioned, attempt to impose their irrational religious notions on to the world of science. We get zealots pushing to teach Creationism in public school science class, which is akin to inserting Wright's coefficient of relationship in the Lord's Prayer. Religious ideas have no place in science, just as scientific ideas have no place in religion. These simple facts can't be overstated.

First of all, no EQUATION will tell you that. If you truly want to understand why people don't believe, well then, just look at a lot of scientific theories including string theory, relativity theory, quantum mechanics, and even gravity.

No, there is no such thing. Science by definition is the study of the natural universe. Anything supernatural lies entirely outside the purview of science.

Isn't there a scientific law that states it isn't possible to create or destroy matter.
Well, where did the universe come from?

Faith is faith. God will never be proven or disproven by science. Then there would be no faith.
