Try Ebay. I got a 97 P reg 2.3 Ultima from their a month ago for £400. It's immaculate inside and out, only faults were the air-con pump is burned out and the battery turned out to be the wrong one for the car. Other than that it's perfect.

They are hard to buy because they are illegal to own in many places. How much are you looking to spend? It might be fun to go on a road trip someplace and find one for yourself in the wild if you really want one.
