Go to the Public Library and get books about the culture of the location where you are. Use the newspapers also.
Go to those places that you enjoy. Go to the theater, plays, ballets. Play tennis or just do what you see everyone else is doing, if you enjoy it.
If you are going and doing what you enjoy, there will be others there also. You can always start talking about what you are doing. You do not have to look, you only need to be out and about doing what you like going where you want.
All women/Ladies/girls are decent! They just have too many rotten experiences with males. .ie. "Fastest Way?"

Where ever it is that you're from, you've probably noticed that, when a man if from somewhere else, all the women are attracted to him, just because he's different. Now, you're the one who is different. Don't be ashamed of your differences, appearance, accent, etc. Use them.
