At my son's DC they are celebrating "Harvest Day" instead of Halloween on the 31st. He needs a costume of some vegetable or something to do with harvest. Any ideas for home made costumes?

Make a living scare crow. Flannel shirt, ripped jeans/overalls,
carry a rake, use craft paper for the straw so you don't itch.
Balance a crow on his shoulder. Use cosmetics to draw on his face. Garden gloves. carry ear corn, gourds or small pumpkin.

Make him an ear of corn..that would be very cute and very easy to do. Just get him some green sweat pants and a yellow shirt. Draw squares all over the yellow shirt for the kernals. Take some green fabric that's close to the color of his pants and make leaves out of it and drape them over his pants.

the perfect dress I ever said replaced into home made. Be a yuletide kind tree. Get a huge piece of eco-friendly textile, like felt. Then stitch on basic bulbs, small ones like on a yuletide tree, and different adorns. and also you are able to make a movie star or angel on your head!
