I'm thirteen years old and I hate doing my hair. With a passion. I usually just throw it up in a quick ponytail or a messy bun and I haven't done anything else with it since school started. I sort of have a bad haircut because the chick cut my bangs too short and I can't straiten them with out them sticking strait up. So if anyone has some suggestions for a cute, quick, easy hairstyle to do in the mornings before school then that'd be pretty cool. Whoever gives me the most hairstyles that I like gets ten points. Oh and I don't know how to do braids so don't suggest that unless you can tell me how to do them.

hair styles:
braids- 1 or 2, french braids (search how to french braid on Q search), side braid
ponytails- half, side, pigtails
gel- scrunch it
iron- straighten it, curl it, crimp it
acessories- headbands, scarves, cute clips, cute bows, bandanas.
hair part- part it on the side

here are some suggestions to get wavy/curly hair. i havent tried some of them, but i ve heard that they work-
curl with iron or rollers
put some hairspray in ur hair before going to bed and the tossing and moving will create random waves
braid ur hair and when u remove it there will be waves
put some defining product in ur hair and keep twirling it around ur finger. then, finger comb gently through to separate the waves
use sea salt spray or surf spray. sea salt will give really pretty beach waves
scruch it with gel

btw- i really dont care if u give me the 10 pts or not.
i have a lot best answers so i would think i know more than most ppl do about hair ideas. and i do.

:) much luck!

there's nothing wrong with a ponytail or a messy bun. Just call it your "look".

get some cute acessories - bows, clips, etc to add to your ponytail/bun. A few pieces of ribbon at a fabric store will cost you very little and if you match one to your outfit each day, you'll look totally put together (and I bet people start copying you before you know it!!)

and bangs grow quick - in a few weeks you'll be trimming them again!

OK well you can pull you bangs back and bobby pin them. That is really cute and a lot of girls are doing it now. Then you can do pigtails,a high poytail or you can take front pieces of you hair, like 3 from the left side and 3 from the right, and clip them back.Or you can curl then end(Assuming you have straight hair).Or if you have curly hair you can straighten it.But that will take a little more time. But good luck. You can also go to different sites.Just type in "hairstyle ideas".

Twists with clips. That's how I grew my hair out from nearly a buzz cut. Just get tiny clips or bobby pins, seperate your hair into about 5 sections across your head from ear to ear stopping where a hair band would be. Twist the hair (with gel - Aveda Confixer, smells great and a little goes a long way) from your hairline to where a headband would sit and secure it with a clip, or 2 bobby pins in opposition. If you use bobby pins make sure they match closely to your hair color so they are not too obvious. Plus you can put flowers or something if you are going formal. I used glittery barrettes and what not from accessory stores. Try them in the store so you know they stay in your hair. Just be discreet about it, some clerks might get pissy. Scrunch the remaining hair with pomade for body and just let it be. Looks awesome and takes no time, and keeps the hair out of your eyes for sports and life in general. Email me if you need further details.

Get your mum to roller set your hair the night before to make it curly in the morning

also the rollers may help by curling your bangs if you use a strong setting lotion

perhaps you could use a kirby to attach your curled short bangs to the curls in the rest of your hair

I used to have the same problem when I was younger! You could put it in a ponytail then use a clip like this- http://img.timeinc.net/instyle/images/v2/products/october/092805_conairmini_01c.jpg then get 2 regular hair pins and part your bangs to either side and clip them. It's really cute, easy and my neice does it all the time!

Well you can put gel in it and let it curl naturally.
Clip it back with a clamp.
Pull it into a ponytail.
Make pigtails.
Straighten it, but leave your bangs curled.
Just brush it out and go, natural wave is in.
After you shower at night, bursh out your hair but go to bed with it wet, when you get up it will probably be curly.
Or you could just sleep with rollers in!

I suggest you tie your hair like Cho Chang in the fourth Harry Potter film. It's the easiest that I can think. Just get some hair from both sides and tie them. For a great effect, just twist the "pony tail" inside out.
