Honestly, detoxification is a bit out-there, and I wouldn't recommend it. The best way to lose weight is to find a HEALTHY and balanced diet that you like and can stick to. Exercise is key as well. If you have the means, consult a nutritionist, otherwise do some research for yourself to see what you can handle.

Absolutely recommend Carol Vorderman, however, you must stick to the diet. On her plan you will never be hungry, and she even recommends what to eat if you are eating out.
I lost over 2 stone in 1 month and more after that by loosely following the principals.

Try having only raw fruits and veggies for 3 days...with lots of water. Don't fast for more than three days....it's really bad for you and will slow down your metabolism.
