Hm, Work out, especially your lower back muscles. Lay on your back, your feet together and your arms outstretched like your 'super man'. Lift your legs and arms up, along with your head and chest, and stay there for a bit, go down, relaex a few seconds, and repeat. Working out things out your waist/back, doing that forms muscles in your lower back area, tightening hte right muscles to get the dimples, that is if you commit to it enough.

I'm not sure but I think you have to be born with these dimples. I have had them all my life, and I thought they were UGLY...almost a deformity until I was told otherwise.
And I think it's a myth that you can't have these dimples if you're overweight, as I had so much baby fat as a kid and I still had these dimples on my lower back. Besides, at 5'5 and 120 pounds, you're skinny...who ever told you you're not is lying.

I was born with them. I'm 25 pounds heavier than you, and about as tall as you and they show. When I was about your weight (I was in cross country and other hardcore sports so was almost greyhound lean.) they also showed just the same. (My BMI rating is healthy for the record.) Just like dimples on the chin, or when you smile some people have them while others don't. Losing weight will make your hipbones show, but that isn't the same. That is unhealthy, and not sexy.

There is no way of getting them, unless maybe they're hidden under fat. YOU ARE BORN WITH DIMPLES, just like the ones you get on your face, you can't develop those can you?

i don't think there is a way to get them if you don't have them.. and you don't have to be super skinny to have them.. i'm 5'9 and slightly overweight and i have them.. they're just there or they're not..
