ppl are fat for many reasons....depression, pregnancy, thyroid disorder, etc..... it has nothing to do with being in the kitchen.... I know many girls who eat healthy, yet are still fat..... ppl need to learn the difference about fat.... your body still needs some fat from foods... but in order to lose the fat... a healthy steady diet with a cardio and muscle building will help... cardio sheds the fat, and muscle toning - tones the muscle - making it stretch and grow thus burning the fat.... also drink a lot of water

Even if a womens place is in the kitchen...they slave away trying to cook a meal for the fat guy in front of the coach who couldnt be bothered to get up to cook it himself....

Supporting their family, bitching at their husband, shopping, having fun with their kids etc.
You need to invest in a time machine and put it on blast to 50 years in the future and get out of the 1950s!
